Steven C. Sullivan, P.E., Vice President

Steve has over twenty-two (22) years of diverse experience in the engineering design, surveying and inspection of a vast array of site, infrastructure and building projects. Projects have included but not been limited to commercial facilities, residential subdivisions, multi-unit housing, industrial complexes and municipal projects. Currently licensed in Connecticut and New York and serves on the Ridgefield Stormwater Subcommittee.

Steven was the project manager of several active adult communities such as Newbury Village (Brookfield), Laurel Ridge Estates (New Milford) and The Coach Homes at Ridgefield. In addition he was the project manager in charge of the Town of Brookfield Water Improvement System. CCA was jointly engaged by the Town of Brookfield, the Brookfield Water Company, Aquarion Water Company, and private companies in 2006 to provide the engineering services necessary to implement a significant water system upgrade. The project includes several miles of water main design, installation of a 158,000 gallon water tank, a 607,000 gallon water tank, and pumping station upgrades. His responsibilities included: the preliminary water system planning and design, water main, water storage tank and pump station drawings, contract plans, specifications, traffic control, construction signage and detour plans, inspection during construction, and witness and certification of water pressure tests and chlorination testing.
